† 어디서 행복을 찾고 있습니까?
살아가며 마주치는 세 가지의 문제가 있다고 합니다.
1. 나 자신과의 문제
2. 다른 사람과의 문제
3. 사물, 사건(일)과의 문제
모든 해결책은 자기 안에 있습니다. 문제는 자기 안에 있는 그 해결책을 바라보려고 하지 않는다는 것입니다. 근본적으로 그 해결책이 외부에만 있다고 생각합니다. 외부의 상황이 바뀌어야 문제가 해결되고 그래야 자신이 행복할 수 있다고 생각합니다.
많은 사람들이 불행하다고 말합니다. 눈에 보이는 것만 좇으며 세속에 대한 욕심과 이기심이 커지고 있기 때문입니다. 과거보다 분명 더 많은 것을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고, 항상 부족함을 느끼면서 불행의 한가운데 서 있는 것으로 생각합니다. 자신이 그 자리에 있는 것인데도, 남들이 자신을 그 자리로 밀고 있다고 말하고 있습니다.
자기의 문제보다 외부 상황의 문제만을 이야기합니다. 당연히 행복할 수 없습니다. 현실에서 겪는 일들에 집착하지 않고, 작은 일에서도 행복을 찾고 감사하며 살아갑시다.
