부활의 증인인 베드로는 예수님께서 두루 다니시며 좋은 일을 하시고 악마에게 짓눌린 이들을 고쳐 주신 것은, 하느님께서 그분과 함께 계셨기 때문이라고 고백합니다. 예수님을 믿는 사람은 누구나 그분의 이름으로 죄를 용서받는다는 것을 굳게 믿고 이웃에게 전해야할 오늘입니다.

요한 20,6-9
시몬 베드로가 뒤따라와서 무덤으로 들어가 아마포가 놓여 있는 것을 보았다.
예수님의 얼굴을 쌌던 수건은 아마포와 함께 놓여 있지 않고, 따로 한곳에 개켜져 있었다. 그제야 무덤에 먼저 다다른 다른 제자도 들어갔다. 그리고 보고 믿었다.
사실 그들은 예수님께서 죽은 이들 가운데에서 다시 살아나셔야 한다는 성경 말씀을 아직 깨닫지 못하고 있었던 것이다. 주님의 말씀입니다.

Simon-Pierre, qui le suivait, arrive à son tour. Il entre dans le tombeau ;
il aperçoit les linges, posés à plat, ainsi que le suaire qui avait entouré la tête de Jésus, non pas posé avec les linges, mais roulé à part à sa place. C’est alors qu’entra l’autre disciple, lui qui était arrivé le premier au tombeau. Il vit, et il crut.
Jusque-là, en effet, les disciples n’avaient pas compris que, selon l’Écriture, il fallait que Jésus ressuscite d’entre les morts. (Jean 20,6-9)
